H1N1 inactivated vaccine is now available at CFP to anyone from age 6 months to 100 years old for $10.00. Children under age 10 must have 2 doses 28 days apart. You must be a current patient of CFP to use our walk-in lab hours for vaccine, otherwise, please make an appointment. Call us for more information at 371.9260.
