Michelle Schreiber
Michelle has been practicing in the complementary healthcare field since 1997. Previous to her current Acupuncture practice in Austin, Michelle spent several years in an integrated health center in Washington D.C. (Tulsi Holistic Living) and at the Carl Vogel Center; a multi-disciplinary HIV clinic. In 2005, she co-authored a study on acupuncture and pain management with HIV patients. She has also been a reviewer for the Art of Medicine press.

Michelle is also a Certified Nutritional Consultant. Her passion for food and nutrition is rooted in a lifetime of study. She has completed nutritional training in "Food as Medicine" (through the Center for Mind Body Medicine and Georgetown University Medical School) and she is a professional member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants (AANC).

Michelle received a Masters of Science in Chinese Medicine (MSOM) from the Academy of Chinese Medicine at Austin (AOMA). Her extensive bodywork/massage training includes: Tuina (Chinese medical massage), shiatsu, deep massage, pre-natal, and sports massage.
